The Hurricanes were able to turn around a two game losing streak on Saturday with a 4-3 overtime win at home vs the Atlanta Thrashers. More importantly, the win kept the Hurricanes 16-points ahead of the Devils for the final playoff spot in the Eastern conference as they now head out on a five game road trip.
