Sweet 16 predictions for this week's action on CBS and TBS still have four #1 seeds listed as favorites to win the men's basketball championship with Kentucky at 21/10, Michigan State at 13/2 and North Carolina also at 13/2. Ohio State made the round of sixteen as a #2 seed in the east region and are listed as 5/1 favorites to cut down the nets in New Orleans. Although Syracuse is a #1 seed, NCAA tournament odds have listed the Orange without sophomore C Fab Melo as 12/1 longshots behind #2 Kansas at 8/1. The Syracuse Orange will start Thursday's schedule when they face #4 Wisconsin at 7:15pm EST on CBS. Wisconsin vs Syracuse odds in Vegas favor the Orange by 4-points. The Syracuse are listed as 21/10 favorites to go on and win the East region while the Badgers are 4/1 underdogs.

TBS will then begin its broadcast of the West regional bracket match-up between #4 seed Louisville taking on the Michigan State Spartans which is scheduled to tip-off at 7:47pm EST. Louisville vs Michigan State odds favor MSU to win the game by 4.5-points and also to win the West at 6/5 while the Cardinals are 11/2 longshots to win the region and 25/1 to win the national championship. Cincinnati fought through the east to defeat #3 seed Florida State and earn their place in the round of sixteen with a 9:45pm EST match-up on CBS against the Ohio State Buckeyes. The Bearcats will need another strong performance if they are to upset sophomore F Jared Sullinger and the Buckeyes. Cincinnati vs Ohio State odds in Vegas have listed the Buckeyes as 8-point favorites in sweet 16 predictions to defeat the Bearcats and 11/10 to win the East while Cincinnati would currently pay-out an impressive 8/1 to win the region and 40/1 in 2012 NCAA tournament odds to win the championship.

The last game on Thursday's schedule will have #7 seed Florida taking on #3 Marquette at 10:17pm EST on TBS. The Gators easily handled Norfolk State by a score of 84-50 in the third round of the West region but will face another beast in the Golden Eagles who are listed as slight 1.5-point favorites in Florida vs Marquette odds in Vegas to win Thursday's scheduled game on TBS.
