![]() The clock is kicking down to the last game of the 2011-12 college football season as the #1 LSU Tigers get ready to face the #2 Alabama Crimson Tide at 8:30pm EST at the Superdome in New Orleans. While various Vegas BCS Championship odds still have Alabama as a 2.5-point favorite, the Bovada offshore sportsbook has listed LSU vs Alabama at a PK with the over/under total now set at 41. Bookmakers have also listed numerous team and player prop bets for events happening throughout the game. For example, will A.J McCarron's (QB Alabama) first pass be a completion or interception? How about Jordan Jefferson (QB LSU)? Think he will throw an interception on his first pass? How about the total yards thrown by both quarterbacks? Let's take a look at some of these wagers so that you can make money on individual player performances. McCarron will take the turf on Monday night finishing the regular season throwing 196-294 for 2,400-yards with 16-touchdowns and is favored to throw a complete pass at -180 while an incomplete pass would pay-out +140 and an interception +800 on a $100 wager. McCarron had a TD/INT conversion of 16 and 5 on the year and is favored to throw a touchdown pass first at -140 as opposed to an interception that would return EV money. BCS championship odds also offer an over/under on the total number of yards the sophomore quarterback will throw. McCarron averaged 200-yards per game during the regular season is listed at 194.5 in player prop bets laying -120 on both the over and under. Heisman Trophy finalist Trent Richardson had a monster season carrying the ball 263-times for 1,583-yards and 20-touchdowns. The total rushing over/under for Richardson in tonight's game has been set at 107.5 with the OVER -130 and the UNDER -110. Think Richardson will score a touchdown in the first half? Then it could return you +120 while a touchdown in the second half would pay out +130. Now over to the yellow and purple... while no-one really knows what offensive scheme the "mad hatter" (coach Les Miles) will bring tonight, QB Jordan Jefferson will need to fire away if the Tigers expect to win twice vs a very hungry Crimson Tide defense looking for revenge. The total passing yards for Jefferson in the game has been listed at 144.5 OVER -120 while his first pass attempt is favored at -140 to be a completion, EV to be incomplete and +800 for an interception. Bookmakers have a low total completions for the game listing Jefferson at 12.5 UNDER -145 while going OVER would pay-out +205. RB Spencer Ware has been a catalyst for the offense rushing on 174-carries for 700-yards and 8-touchdowns but BCS player props don't think he will score in the national championship. The NO on Ware scoring a touchdown tonight is -300 while if he can find the end zone, it would return +200.
