The Nashville Predators will be looking to win their second straight game of the season after finally breaking a four game losing skid when they face the Calgary Flames at 9:30pm EST on Tuesday night. Predators vs Flames odds at Vegas sportsbooks have listed Calgary as -130 home favorites in NHL predictions for the moneyline while Nashville would return +110 for the win on the road. The over/under hockey betting total has been set at 5 (-110) for tonight's game that can be seen live on TSN. The Flames are also favored -1.5 (+235) on the Canadian line with the Predators +1.5 (-275) for the win at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
The Nashville Predators are currently fourth place of the Central division with 26-points for an 11-8-4 record on the season. Nashville lost four straight games to Columbus, Edmonton, Minnesota and Detroit but finally turned things around last night on the road in Edmonton. The Flames ripped off three first period goals on the road vs the Wild and finished with two third period goals to take the 5-2 win as +120 underdogs. Mark Giordan (4), Lee Stempniak (5) and T.J. Brodie (1) lit up the net in the first period while Alex Tanguay (4) and Jarome Iginla (7) did the same in the third. Goalie Mikka Kiprusoff had 19-saves in the win to go 9-9 on the season with a 2.46-goal against average.
