 The Ohio State Buckeyes garnered the top seed in both the NCAA Tournament and in East regional odds. The Kentucky Wildcats are the number 4 seed in East regional odds and could prove to be bargain value as they have a minimum of 3 NBA first round draft picks on their roster. Kentucky was the winner of the SEC Tournament over Florida and will open up their NCAA Tournament action on Thursday from Tampa against Princeton. The Wildcats opened as +1500 longshots in 2011 bracket predictions to win the national championship but are +350 favorites to win the East.
