![]() The New York Jets will kick off their 2010 regular season NFL schedule with a Monday Night Game against the Baltimore Ravens at home on September 13th in a match-up that will be one of the biggest draws of the year at online sportsbooks as both teams are favored to contend for the AFC title. The Jets will quickly find out just how good they are as favorites in Super Bowl 2011 odds as they will next host perennial AFC power the New England Patriots on September 19th. The Jets will play their next two games of the schedule on the road with a Sunday Night September 26th showdown in NFL odds against the division rival Miami Dolphins and then play the Buffalo Bills on October 3rd. The Jets will be back in NFL betting action on Monday Night Football when they host the NFC power Minnesota Vikings with or without Brett Favre on October 11th. New York’s final game on the NFL schedule before the week 7 bye is an October 17th date vs the Denver Broncos, which closes out a tough first half schedule. The Jets will open the second half of the season on October 31st at home against the Green Bay Packers in another match-up of contending teams. That is followed up by a trip against the Detroit Lions on November 7th and then a game at the Cleveland Browns on November 14th. The Houston Texans will visit the Jets on November 21st before the defending AFC Central Division champion Cincinnati Bengals visit on November 25th for Thanksgiving dinner. The final stretch of the Jets 2010 NFL schedule begins with a December 6th Monday Night Football rematch at the New England Patriots in what could decide the AFC East race. The Miami Dolphins visits the Jets on December 12th, then the Jets travel to face the Pittsburgh Steelers on December 19th and then are off to Chicago on the day after Christmas for a match vs the Bears with a regular season finale on January 2nd at home against the Buffalo Bills. |
