Probably the most anticipated game in Final Four betting action will take place today at 8:47pm EST when the number two seed West Virginia Mountaineers and the number one seed Duke Blue Devils face-off from Lucas Oil Stadium in a game that can be seen on CBS. Online sportsbooks have Duke a 3-point favorite against West Virginia while the game total is sitting at 131 in 2010 Final Four odds. Many gamblers will wager on the point-spread but many also enjoy all the prop bets available leading into the NCAA title game.

Duke is a heavy favorite to play for the NCAA championship in exact championship Final Four betting odds with Duke vs Butler paying out 2-1 or Duke vs Michigan State returning 11-5.
