The 2010 Final Four odds for the NCAA championship are now available for both games on Saturday April 3rd, featuring the Butler Bulldogs vs the Michigan State Spartans beginning approximately at 6:07pm EST and the West Virginia Mountaineers vs Duke Blue Devils starting around 8:47pm EST. Online sportsbooks have Duke -3 college basketball betting favorites along with Butler -1.5 on Saturday while Duke +120 and West Virginia +225 are favored in odds to win the NCAA championship. Duke +120 is the betting favorite in odds to win when the Final Four begins on Saturday. The Blue Devils had a masterful season going 33-5 under the coaching talents of Mike Krzyzewski and shooting from Jon Scheyer.
