The Tennessee Volunteers and the Michigan State Spartans will both be trying to reach the Final Four with a win in Elite Eight 2010 odds on Sunday at 2:20pm EST when they battle at the Edward Jones Dome in a game that can be seen on CBS. Elite Eight odds have the Volunteers listed as 1.5-point favorites against the Spartans, while the game's total is sitting at 136.5. Tennessee roared back and came away with a 76-73 victory over the Ohio State Buckeyes in the Sweet 16 match-up on Friday.
