March madness odds to win the 2010 NCAA men's tournament.

The overall top seed in the 2010 NCAA men’s basketball tournament is the Kansas Jayhawks and they are the favorite in March Madness odds to win it all at online sportsbooks. The Jayhawks are 2-1 to cut down the nets next month in the 2010 NCAA tournament. Kansas is the top seed in the Midwest Region which also includes second seed Ohio State 12-1and third seed Georgetown 20-1. The Jayhawks are talented and experienced but it is no cakewalk in that region. The Kentucky Wildcats are the 7-2 second choice in odds to win the 2010 NCAA tournament at the end of March madness.

The Wildcats are the top seed in the East and they also have a tough region that includes second seed West Virginia. Syracuse and Duke are also top seeds and they are listed at 7-1 in March madness odds. Syracuse was sent out West but their region is pretty favorable as Kansas State is the second seed while Pittsburgh is the number three seed. Duke got to stay closer to home as they are the top seed in the South. They also got a very favorable draw as the South region looks to be the weakest of the four. Villanova is the second seed in this region and they have not played well of late. Baylor is the third seed and Purdue is the fourth seed. The region really sets up well for Duke in odds to win the 2010 NCAA tournament. Bet the 2010 NCAA championship at Bodog with a 10% bonus and 110% poker instant bonus.

There are five other teams that are considered contenders in March Madness odds with West Virginia 10-1 to win it all. They were considered for a top seed but now they have to get past Kentucky in the East. Ohio State is 12-1 but they have to deal with Kansas in the Midwest. Villanova is 18-1 while Kansas State is 22-1 and Georgetown 20-1.The 2010 odds to win the NCAA tournament pretty much go according to seedings in the tournament. The top four seeds, Kansas, Kentucky, Duke and Syracuse 6-1 are the four favorites. The second seeds in college basketball odds are West Virginia, Ohio State, Villanova and Kansas State are next. The top third seed is considered to be Georgetown.

The other number three seeds are Pittsburgh 50-1, Baylor 35-1 and New Mexico 35-1 with each of those teams considered longshots with March madness odds of 30-1 or more. The odds to win the 2010 NCAA tournament at online sportsbooks point to three potential sleeper teams. Michigan State is 25-1 but that may be based more on reputation than talent since the Spartans have not played well recently. Maryland is 35-1 and they do have player in Greivis Vasquez who can take over a game. Wisconsin is 40-1 and they do play tough defense and Notre Dame is a huge longshot at 75-1.
