March Madness: Odds to Win the 2010 NCAA Tournament

The overall top seed in the 2010 NCAA men’s basketball tournament is the Kansas Jayhawks and they are the favorite in March Madness odds to win it all at online sportsbooks. The Jayhawks are 2-1 to cut down the nets next month in the 2010 NCAA tournament. Kansas is the top seed in the Midwest Region which also includes second seed Ohio State 12-1and third seed Georgetown 20-1. The Wildcats are the top seed in the East and they also have a tough region that includes second seed West Virginia. Syracuse and Duke are also top seeds and they are listed at 7-1 in March madness odds. Syracuse was sent out West but their region is pretty favorable as Kansas State is the second seed while Pittsburgh is the number three seed. Duke got to stay closer to home as they are the top seed in the South. They also got a very favorable draw as the South region looks to be the weakest of the four. Villanova is the second seed in this region and they have not played well of late. Baylor is the third seed and Purdue is the fourth seed. They were considered for a top seed but now they have to get past Kentucky in the East. Ohio State is 12-1 but they have to deal with Kansas in the Midwest.
