The Cleveland Cavaliers are favorites in NBA odds and betting picks at home against the San Antonio Spurs for Monday's game.

The San Antonio Spurs and the Cleveland Cavaliers will both be gunning for a victory on Monday night at 7:00pm EST when they meet at the Quicken Loans Arena in a game that can be seen on Fox Sports Ohio. NBA odds makers have listed the Cavaliers listed as 5-point favorites in betting picks vs the Spurs while the game's total is sitting at 193. The Spurs scored 36 points in the second quarter and pulled ahead for good in a 102-92 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday. The Spurs won the game as a 1-point underdog in NBA picks while the teams played UNDER the posted total of 198 at online sportsbooks. Richard Jefferson netted 18 points in leading the Spurs, while Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili had 17 each to lift San Antonio to their fourth straight win in basketball odds.

The Spurs will have to play without Tony Parker for awhile after breaking a bone in his right hand during the first half of the game and is expected to be out for at least six weeks. "We're playing well," Duncan said after the game. "That is the one positive about the whole thing. We're going to have to get these guys to step up and step in and continue to play well. It hurts losing Tony, obviously. Hopefully, we'll find a way to get it done." Heading into tonight's game in betting picks, the Spurs are 36-24 straight up on the season, 29-30-1 against the spread as favorites in NBA odds and 6-4 after playing the Grizzlies.

The Cavaliers were defeated 92-85 by the Milwaukee Bucks last time out as 3.5-point underdogs in NBA picks. The teams played UNDER the posted odds total of 191. Antawn Jamison had 30 points with 11 rebounds for a double-double in the loss. The Cavaliers only netted 14 points in the first half and couldn't overcome the deficit or the Bucks Brandon Jennings allowing him to score 25 points. Lebron James sat on the bench suffering from some type of leg injury that was noticeable as he limped while trying to walk on it. "He's (James) logged a lot of minutes. If you don't include this game, we play one game in a week," Cleveland coach Mike Brown said after the game. "For me, this is a great opportunity to rest him and a great opportunity for some other guys to have an opportunity to step up."

Heading into tonight's match-up, the Cavaliers are 49-15 straight up on the season, 31-31-2 against the spread as favorites in NBA betting picks and 4-6 after playing the Bucks. Cleveland is 4-1 against the spread in their last 5 games when playing San Antonio and 14-1 straight up in their last 15 games at home. The Spurs are 5-1 straight up in their last 6 games while Cleveland is 6-1 straight up in their last 7 games. The total has gone UNDER the NBA betting odds in 4 of the Cavaliers last 5 games when playing at home against San Antonio. Vegas odds at the Hilton sportsbook have the Cleveland Cavaliers -5 favorites in NBA picks at home against the San Antonio Spurs with a total of 193.5.
