The San Antonio Spurs and the Portland Trail Blazers will both be trying to pick up a win in NBA lines on Thursday night at 10:30pm EST when they battle at Rose Garden in a game that can be seen on TNT. The Spurs were outscored in the fourth quarter on Wednesday but managed to come away with a 115-113 win over the Sacramento Kings.
