That doesn’t necessarily mean one of those drivers will win but that is where your NASCAR handicapping must start for this weekend's race. Bodog sportsbook has Jimmy Johnson as the favorite in Coca Cola 600 odds at 4/1. Johnson has won 5 times, second to Darrell Waltrip and Bobby Allison who hold the all-time record with six. "I do like the 600-mile race from a history standpoint," Johnson said. "And I also like the challenge, to work on the car all night long. Start in the day, go to the night, the longer race, all the aspects that come with it." Johnson is the only driver with an average finish of under 10 (8.9) in this race. The key to picking a winner in Coca Cola 600 odds is finding a team that won’t have tire or engine failures. The Coca Cola 600 is the longest race of the year and there will be some blown engines. As you look at Coca-Cola 600 odds there are some obvious favorites and a few decent longshot picks. You probably want to take a Hendrick car with your pick though. And remember that it is just not the four Hendrick drivers to consider since Tony Stewart and Ryan Newman have Hendrick motors. Coca Cola 600 odds at Bodog sportsbook have Jimmie Johnson a 4/1 favorite in NASCAR odds with a 10% deposit bonus for betting on the Coca Cola 600. Stewart won the All-Star event last weekend so he should not be counted out in Coca Cola 600 odds. Newman was right there as well until cutting a tire. Hendrick cars have won 14 times at Lowe’s so you definitely want to take one of those cars. Ryan Newman starts on the pole at Charlotte but he is still considered somewhat of a longshot at 10/1. A total of eight different drivers have won the race at Lowe’s Motor Speedway from the pole position but only two current drivers have done it. They are Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon. Johnson won from the pole once while Gordon did it three times.
Johnson is the 4/1 favorite in Coca Cola 600 odds followed by Kyle Busch at 5/1, Gordon is 6/1 followed by Stewart 8/1, Newman 10/1, Carl Edwards 12/1 and Mark Martin 11/1. The statistics for the Coca Cola 600 point to three drivers on Sunday. Johnson is the obvious favorite but Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch should be right there. Neither has won the race but Edwards has the second-best average finish while Busch has finished in the top four in each of the last three races at Lowe’s. If you want to bet Jimmie Johnson as the 4/1 favorite in Coca Cola 600 odds with a 10% deposit bonus, then visit Bodog sportsbook.
