Seattle won the NFC West last season going 10-6 straight up and 9-6-1 against the NFL betting pointspread. The Seahawks are led once again by quarterback Matt Hasselbeck who threw for almost 4,000 yards a year ago. The Seahawks look to have an improved running game with Julius Jones and T. J. Duckett although Maurice Morris could be better than either one of them. The Seahawks may be able to run the ball in this game considering the Bills were just 25th in the NFL last season against the run. Seattle will be missing wide receiver Bobby Ingram who is out for a least another month due to injury. That will put a lot of pressure on Nate Burleson early during the NFL schedule. One of the main weapons for Seattle last year, kicker Josh Brown is gone, so Seattle will have to rely upon either Olindo Mare or rookie Brandon Coutu.

The Bills have the kicking edge in this game as Rian Lindell was nearly flawless last season.
