Betting on NFL Odds
NFL betting odds are the most popular of all forms of sports gambling odds and the most popular way to wager on the NFL is on sides, which are also known as the point spread and the line. NFL betting odds on sides is basically when a bettor either takes the favorite minus the points or the underdog plus the points.
For example, if the Minnesota Vikings are a 3-point NFL betting odds favorite over the Green Bay Packers a gambler can choose between Minnesota at -3 or Green Bay at +3. It is really that simple. For the Viking bettors to win, Minnesota would have to win the game by more than a 3-point margin.
